The Product Owner is a critical role at Smart Communications and will have accountability for the development of key aspects of the SmartCOMM™ product offering. As Product Owner you will intimately understand the product as well and the broader industry in which our customers operate and Customer Communication Management. The successful candidate will have experience working with teams of motivated individuals within an Agile working environment. While a technical background is not essential, you should feel comfortable working on technical projects. Experience delivering software in a SaaS environment would be a distinct advantage. The role is pivotal to the long-term success of Smart Communications.
